This Privacy Policy applies to the “Mekky Clinic DMC” application developed and operated by Mekky Clinic DMC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. What Data We Collect The App is an internal automation tool used solely by its developer/owner. We do not collect personal data from external users. Through the official Meta APIs, the App accesses the following information solely for the purpose of publishing content and managing advertisements on assets owned or managed by the operator:
Facebook Page information (Page ID, name, access tokens).
Instagram Professional Account information (Account ID, access tokens).
Content (text, images, videos) that the operator explicitly submits for publishing.
Advertising campaign data (campaign names, budgets, insights) from ad accounts managed by the operator.
2. How We Use the Data The data accessed is used exclusively to:
Publish scheduled posts to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts authorized by the operator.
Create, manage, and retrieve analytics for advertising campaigns on Meta ad accounts authorized by the operator. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties.
3. Data Retention and Deletion Access tokens and any cached data are stored only for the duration necessary to perform the automation tasks. The operator can revoke access at any time via Meta Business Settings, or by removing the App’s credentials from the n8n workflow. Upon revocation, no further data is accessed. 4. Security We implement reasonable technical measures to protect access tokens and data. The App does not expose tokens or data to unauthorized parties.
5. Children’s Privacy The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
